    Research Experience:

    1999-2000 Ethnographic study with female-to-male transgendered/transsexual people in the San Francisco Bay Area. Year-long project including interviews and participant observation.

    1999 Bi-Life project. Study of Bi-Life game and participants that explores U.S. bisexual people's lives.

    1997 Comparative pilot studies of transgendered/transsexual people and medical professionals in both San Francisco, California and Amsterdam, The Netherlands conducted Summer 1997.

    1995 Masters research with lesbian, bisexual and gay identified people in Iowa City and the surrounding community. Forty life histories collected. Data use in Master's Paper at the University of Iowa.

    1990 Research Assistant, Phillips & Fenwick, Scotts Valley, California. Health care research company.
